How do I get my lead details after purchase?

Right after checkout, your lead is marked as sold and removed from the Available Leads page. You can immediately download the lead details as a PDF so you can take action right away.

Are the leads exclusive or sold to multiple buyers?

All leads are sold exclusively. Once a lead is purchased, it is automatically locked and no longer available for others to view or buy.

How often are new leads added to the platform?

We update the system with fresh leads daily. You can check the Available Leads page regularly or opt in to notifications for your target areas.

What kind of information is included in a lead?

Each lead typically includes the seller's name, property address, motivation to sell, contact information, and any additional notes collected during the intake process.

Can I get a refund if a lead is outdated or invalid?

Every lead is reviewed before it’s posted to make sure it is not currently listed with an agent and is not a mobile home without land. Because of this review process, refunds are only issued if a lead is later found to meet one of these two conditions: it is already listed on the market with an agent, or it is a mobile home without land. If you believe a lead meets either of these conditions, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can review and confirm.

What if I can’t get ahold of the lead I purchased? Can I get a refund?

We understand that not every seller answers right away, but these are real, motivated seller leads submitted in real time.

Because leads are exclusive and delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds if a seller does not respond or you are unable to make contact. Just like in the real world, some sellers may take multiple attempts, prefer text over calls, or even respond a few days later.

We recommend reaching out at least three to five times each day over the course of a few days, using a mix of calls, texts, and voicemails for the best chance of a reply. If you notice incorrect or fake contact information on a lead, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] so we can investigate and make it right.

How do you verify the leads?

We verify that each property is not on the MLS and is not a mobile home without land. We also review all details submitted to catch obvious red flags before listing. We don’t contact the seller ourselves, but each lead is an inbound lead from our marketing or organic efforts.

What if the seller doesn’t respond?

We can’t guarantee every seller replies immediately. All leads are sold as-is, but persistence pays off — most buyers get a response with multiple follow-ups.
